Given the challenges of COVID-19 for remote, distanced, and hybrid learning,YEP is dedicated to continue to engage students in nature and outdoor education through live virtual field trips:

Explore Colorado's Front Range ecology, weather, and more from the comfort of your own home or classroom! Live virtual field trips are great for a classroom that is physically together or learning apart. Our new virtual field trips combine video instruction, worksheets and hands-on activities to augment classroom learning and engage students in Colorado's nature and outdoors!

YEP offers live virtual field trips that are:

  • FREE for all classrooms*
  • Fun and interactive
  • Aligned with Colorado state standards
  • Easy to use in a classroom that is physically together, or learning from home

*Custom experiences are available for an additional fee
