Ascending Hike Series

The Denver Member Initiatives Committee (DMIC) is pleased to offer our 3rd Annual Ascending Hikes series.  Designed for CMC members of all ages wanting to increase (or recover) hiking speed and stamina, the series allows one to step in at any point on any ascending hike they are prepared to tackle.  The series provides opportunities to meet like-minded CMC members, join other friends and pick up tips and skills; while exploring Colorado's hiking trails and mountains.  The AH series provides everyone a supportive way to work on their day hiking skills.

Hikes start off easy and gradually progress in length and difficulty over the season. By summer's end, you can be ready to tackle your something 'big'!  We offer a couple of 14’er climbs just for AH participants at the end of the season. Stay tuned.
No big commitment. Remember you can jump in or out anytime.
