Intermediate Snowshoe – Jones Pass

This out-and-back snowshoe hike begins with a steady ascent along the first mile of Jones Pass Road, leading to the broad, windswept valley floor. Leaving the road, the route follows the West Fork of Clear Creek, winding through open meadows and clusters of evergreens while gradually gaining elevation. The final stretch climbs toward the Continental Divide, offering expansive alpine views before retracing the path back down.

Climb – Large Classroom / Climbing Wall West

Winter Tech Seminar Series #2: Rope and monolithic anchors. This series is a collaborative space where we can discuss and practice specific skills that have been introduced in various CMC classes. Session 2 will discuss how to use your rope to create or suppliment anchors in both monolithic and gear scenarios. Being able to use your rope to help build anchors will allow you to be more efficient in building anchors and choose safer belay stances while climbing.
